Founded in 2005, Ashdown Construction began as Ashdown Sheds and Stables — a family-owned local business based in the Vale of Glamorgan, specialising in timber-frame construction.

As demand grew, so did our expertise. By 2015, we had expanded into a full-service construction company, bringing together a skilled team capable of delivering a wide range of residential, commercial and bespoke timber projects across South Wales and South West.

While the business has evolved over the years, our approach has remained the same: building strong relationships, delivering work we’re proud to put our name to, and providing honest advice from the very first conversation.
